1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FitRewards platform (fitrewards.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use FitRewards. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are not located in a jurisdiction where participation is restricted by local law.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Each individual may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts is grounds for immediate termination.
4. Earning Rules
Earnings are generated through verified outdoor walking, jogging, and running activities. Base earning rates range from $1.00 to $7.50 per mile depending on your lifetime mileage phase. FitRewards reserves the right to adjust earning rates, multiplier values, and bonus structures at any time. All activities must be verified through our AI-powered system before earnings are credited.
5. Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are available once you hold a minimum of 1,000 $FIT tokens in your connected wallet. This requirement ensures network security and sustainability. Withdrawals are processed exclusively through cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, SOL) on the Solana blockchain. Network transaction fees apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount. Processing times range from 1-5 business days. A 3% withdrawal processing fee applies. You are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address and ensuring compatibility with the selected network.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination: GPS spoofing or location falsification, submitting fabricated or artificial activities, operating multiple accounts, sharing account credentials, using automated tools or bots to generate activities, and any attempt to manipulate the verification system.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
FitRewards reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, and Terms violations. Suspended users may appeal through our support system within 30 days. Terminated accounts forfeit any unredeemed balance.
8. Limitation of Liability
FitRewards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of earnings you have withdrawn from the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits against FitRewards.
10. Changes to Terms
FitRewards reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Disclaimer
Earning potential described on this platform represents estimates based on current rates and average user activity. Actual earnings may vary significantly based on individual activity levels, verification outcomes, and platform adjustments. FitRewards does not guarantee any specific earnings amount. Past user earnings are not indicative of future results.
